About the position

The Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition Enablement and Experience at Klaviyo is responsible for leading a team that develops systems, programs, and experiences to attract, engage, and support top talent. This role focuses on optimizing recruiting processes and technology to align with the company's growth and commitment to equitable hiring practices. The position requires a strategic, data-informed approach to talent acquisition, enhancing the candidate experience, and operationalizing talent programs.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and optimize end-to-end recruiting processes and systems for efficiency and scalability.
  • Lead a team focused on program management, recruiting operations, and recruiting technologies.
  • Oversee initiatives to deliver a positive candidate experience from application through onboarding.
  • Guide the design and deployment of candidate engagement programs that promote equity and inclusion.
  • Design and drive high-impact recruiting programs that support company-wide goals.
  • Partner with HR, Marketing, and Operations to align recruiting strategies with organizational objectives.
  • Utilize analytics to assess the effectiveness of talent acquisition programs and provide insights to senior leadership.
  • Ensure data integrity within TA systems and develop reports for continuous improvement.
  • Develop and execute a content strategy that highlights Klaviyo's mission and culture.
  • Build relationships with external partners and coordinate branding events to increase visibility in the talent market.
  • Conduct analysis of market trends and employer branding benchmarks.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, HR, or a related field; advanced degree or certification preferred.
  • 10+ years in talent acquisition, recruiting operations, or TA enablement in high-growth environments.
  • 5+ years of experience in a people leadership role with performance management experience.
  • Proven experience in TA enablement, program management, and process improvement.
  • Strong strategic thinking and operational expertise with a data-driven approach.
  • Proficiency with recruiting technologies and data analytics, including ATS and CRM systems.
  • Demonstrated ability to partner effectively with cross-functional teams and senior leaders.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to influence outcomes.
