About the position

The Sr Manager Talent Acquisition Team will lead and manage Business Partners (Recruiters) and TA specialists responsible for full-cycle recruiting. This role focuses on strategic workforce planning to meet dynamic business needs, refining processes, and building strategic sourcing programs. The position aims to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction while supporting the Mid-Atlantic and Carolinas Market Units.

Responsibilities

• Manage, lead, and motivate a team to deliver results by communicating company goals and deadlines.
• Engage and develop teammates through effective performance management, coaching, and training.
• Implement continuous improvement methods while maintaining customer focus.
• Manage the development and execution of talent acquisition and retention practices.
• Leverage technology for optimal candidate relationship management and experience.
• Work closely with the Talent Systems team on enhancements to myCAREER, serving as a tool administrator.
• Drive process enhancements and compliance productivity gains across the TA lifecycle.
• Maintain vendor partnerships and cost optimization.
• Ensure development of SOPs for the TA function and delivery of necessary training.
• Maintain knowledge of employment laws and employee relations to ensure compliance.
• Track and analyze a strong portfolio of talent metrics to measure success.
