Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy aligned with Noah Medical's business goals and objectives.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing talent acquisition team, including recruiters and sourcers.
  • Collaborate with executives and department heads to understand hiring needs and workforce planning.
  • Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and interviewing to offer negotiation and onboarding.
  • Implement best practices in talent acquisition, including leveraging technology, data, and innovative sourcing techniques.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Track and analyze recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of talent acquisition strategies and processes.
  • Provide regular reports and insights to senior leadership on hiring progress and challenges.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of recruiting experience (mix of in-house & agency is a plus)
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful talent acquisition strategies.
  • Strong understanding of the medical technology industry and its unique talent requirements.
  • Demonstrated experience in building and scaling high-performing recruitment teams.
  • Ability to lead, coach, and mentor senior managers and team members to drive optimal performance.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in recruitment technologies, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and data analytics.
  • Ability to develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to drive decisions and improve processes.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic and rapidly changing environment.
