About the position

The Sr Manager, AI & Value Creation Strategy at T-Mobile leads a team responsible for the success of AI-powered products and platforms within the T-Mobile Business Group. This role focuses on developing value creation use cases, facilitating collaboration among stakeholders, and driving strategic business initiatives. The manager oversees detailed analyses, identifies trends, and communicates complex data insights to senior leadership, ensuring alignment and execution of business strategies.

Responsibilities

• Provides leadership to influence and design strategic vision around AI-powered business functions and value creation programs.
• Selects, manages, and evaluates a team of AI & VC business managers that perform detailed analyses and make recommendations to drive business decisions.
• Mentors, coaches, and develops team members, fostering a growth mindset and maintaining knowledge of industry trends.
• Oversees the creation and delivery of executive-level presentations, directing team members in crafting strategic narratives from analytical findings.
• Nurtures and maintains key internal partnerships, encouraging cross-team collaboration to identify and solve critical business issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, Statistics or related field required.
• 7-10 years of experience in Strategy and Problem Solving, with a focus on data-driven recommendations.
• 7-10 years of experience in Financial modeling and Analytics, including complex data analysis.
• 4-7 years of Project management experience, managing projects independently and engaging stakeholders.
• 2-4 years of experience managing teams of 5 or more resources in analytics, strategy, or project management.

Nice-to-haves

• Master's/Advanced Degree (MBA) in Finance, Strategy, or Economics preferred.
• Management consulting, corporate strategy, or investment banking experience preferred.
• Knowledge of the wireless/telecom industry and technology sector.
