CVS Health is seeking a Technical Product Manager to join the Enterprise Data & Machine Learning (EDML) organization. This role is pivotal in implementing strategic product roadmaps across the Data Products portfolio, aligning with the overall Data Products strategy. The Technical Product Manager will leverage their expertise in technical product leadership to curate and prioritize a product roadmap, ensuring the delivery of automation and intelligent recommendations that enhance product outcomes across various lines of business. In this position, you will collaborate closely with Data Products leadership and cross-functional teams to identify customer needs and business objectives that a data product will fulfill. You will develop a clear product vision that resonates with all stakeholders, translating this vision into technical features and user stories for development teams. Your responsibilities will include managing the technical build against customer needs, navigating development teams through organizational obstacles, and contributing to technical decisions alongside engineering and development teams. You will also be responsible for defining and managing a multi-year product roadmap, determining and prioritizing feature enhancements based on feedback from stakeholders, and steering a high-performing product line. This role requires you to serve as the key collaboration point between business, technology, and other partners, leading cross-functional initiatives and managing tasks throughout every phase of development, from product planning through launch and beyond. Additionally, you will champion product management strategy across the enterprise and propose solutions to address identified problems or opportunity areas.
