Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Senior Manager, Technical Product Owner for SAP A2R, who will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between business and technology. This position is designed for individuals who thrive on tackling complex and ambiguous challenges, and who are passionate about enhancing the experience and efficiency of their colleagues through innovative technology solutions. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining strategies that align with business objectives and challenges, while also overseeing the development execution, value realization, and ongoing product management of finance technology products, particularly focusing on SAP Central Finance and S/4 HANA. In this role, you will be instrumental in shaping a future-proof finance business vision and strategy, developing capability roadmaps, and corresponding technology product roadmaps. You will be expected to understand and translate business problems faced by the finance function into comprehensive solutions that span process, technology, data, governance, and user experience. This includes defining key performance indicators to measure value realization and ensuring that product development efforts incorporate experimentation, human-centered design, and agile principles. As a Senior Manager, you will also partner with the finance architecture team to define the role of each system within the business landscape, act as a trusted advisor to senior finance and technology leaders, and manage vendor relationships to influence development roadmaps. Leading a team of finance technology strategy professionals, you will foster collaboration and engagement while driving the transformational potential of technology investments. Your ability to structure and facilitate workshops with senior stakeholders will be crucial in this role, as will your expertise in S/4 HANA, SAP Central Finance, and SAP FICO.
