Responsibilities
- Oversee and lead a complex business management function for an area of significant risk and complexity.
- Act as a strategic partner to the leadership team on portfolio and financial management.
- Facilitate strategic discussions and provide thought leadership to executive audiences.
- Set operational team direction and collaborate with others to achieve common goals.
- Focus on long-term planning for the functional area.
Requirements
- Undergraduate degree in a relevant field.
- 10+ years of relevant experience in treasury or financial management.
Nice-to-haves
- Background in Liquidity Risk Management, Asset-Liability Management (ALM), Capital Planning, or Funds Transfer Pricing.
- Detailed knowledge of key banking regulations such as CCAR and DFAST.
- Strong communication and business writing skills.
