The Sr. Manager, US Trade and Field Marketing - Emerging Brands at Deckers Brands is a pivotal role responsible for leading marketing initiatives that drive brand affinity, customer engagement, and demand at retail for the Teva and Ahnu brands. This position is integral to the mission of Emerging Brands, which is to incubate, nurture, and scale high-potential brands by leveraging strategic insights and innovative thinking. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in retail marketing strategies, particularly within the footwear industry, and will be tasked with developing and implementing comprehensive retail marketing strategies that align with brand goals and accelerate brand affinity while driving sell-through. In this role, the Sr. Manager will oversee the execution and optimization of all marketing campaigns and programs specific to retail, which includes digital marketing, print, social media, and in-store promotions and events. The candidate will also be responsible for cultivating relationships with external partners, wholesale accounts, specialty accounts, agencies, and vendors, as well as collaborating with internal cross-functional partners to support retail marketing initiatives. This position will manage a team of three direct reports, including key account marketing, specialty marketing, and field marketing (contract), fostering a collaborative and high-performance team environment. The successful candidate will be passionate about retail, possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and have a strong analytical mindset to interpret data and make data-driven decisions. With a focus on enhancing customer engagement and sales, this role is crucial for amplifying the presence of Teva and Ahnu at retail and achieving ambitious marketing goals.
