The Sr. Marketing Automation Manager at Vonage plays a crucial role in the Marketing Operations team, which is responsible for delivering impactful marketing campaigns across the organization. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical proficiency in marketing technology and a keen eye for detail, as they will be working daily within these systems to build and execute campaigns. In this position, the Sr. Marketing Automation Manager will oversee strategic and operational initiatives across marketing and other functions, focusing on performance improvements and enhancing the impact of marketing efforts. The role involves structuring problems, conducting thorough analyses, and driving solutions through a data-driven approach. The manager will create and manage project plans with clearly defined deliverables, coordinate work streams, track progress, and address any obstacles that arise. Additionally, the manager will be responsible for designing and optimizing processes and business rules to maximize the effectiveness of the marketing technology stack, particularly in Account Engagement (Pardot). They will build, test, launch, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns, ensuring compliance with regulations and company policies. Training users and assisting in the creation of training materials will also be part of the responsibilities.
