About the position

As the Sr. Campaigns Manager at Vimeo, you will lead the strategic planning and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns aimed at engaging, acquiring, and retaining customers. This role is pivotal in establishing new processes within the marketing team and positioning Vimeo as a leader in the evolving workplace landscape. You will collaborate closely with various stakeholders to drive campaign planning, execution, and performance optimization, ensuring alignment with revenue goals.

Responsibilities

  • Drive strategic planning and execution of marketing campaigns for target audiences.
  • Develop a deep understanding of audiences using frameworks like job-to-be-done (JTBD) and ideal customer profile (ICP).
  • Coordinate effective distribution across the customer journey with Lifecycle and other channel teams.
  • Manage and coordinate the campaign implementation process, aligning with key stakeholders on objectives and timelines.
  • Establish target goals and budget in collaboration with marketing leadership.
  • Ensure proper tracking in alignment with Marketing Operations and Analytics.
  • Develop monthly and quarterly reports on campaign performance for the team and leadership.
  • Identify optimization opportunities and work with partner teams to implement them.
  • Analyze the current campaign request process and make improvements.
  • Document processes, templates, and helpful information, regularly communicating campaign efforts and updates.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of Demand Gen and campaign marketing experience with a focus on B2B SaaS.
  • Exceptional communication skills, comfortable navigating large teams and operating cross-functionally.
  • Highly collaborative and a team player, known for breaking down silos.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple projects across various teams.
  • Broad experience with content and marketing channels, including events, digital ads, CRM, and social media.
  • Results-driven with the ability to analyze data and make recommendations.
  • Passion for video marketing and virtual events, with experience in these areas.
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments.
