About the position

The Sr. Marketing Communications Manager will play a crucial role in the Sleep & Respiratory Care (SRC) Business by driving the strategy and execution of event marketing campaigns, both physical and virtual. This position involves leading the development of integrated marketing strategies across various platforms and channels, managing the Global Marketing content calendar, and ensuring alignment with multi-functional teams to enhance brand engagement and preference.

Responsibilities

  • Drive the strategy and execution of event marketing campaigns for the SRC Business.
  • Develop global marketing strategies for event campaigns to support key business priorities.
  • Lead the development of differentiated marketing campaigns and manage agency/vendor partners.
  • Engage with international market teams to ensure global relevance of strategies and counsel on market activation planning.
  • Build and maintain a comprehensive Global Marketing content calendar, ensuring it is up to date and digestible for stakeholders.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of market trends and competitive activities to prepare audience-based marketing plans.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in marketing or adjacent fields such as Marketing Communications, Corporate Marketing, Consumer Marketing, Event Marketing, or Product Marketing, preferably in a regulated industry like healthcare/med-tech.
  • Ability to create and execute customer-focused strategic integrated marketing strategies.
  • Experience building integrated marketing strategies across channels including digital, social, CRM, SEO, and SEA.
  • Strong skills in marketing processes, planning, budgeting, and agency management.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required; MBA desired.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in healthcare or med-tech solutions marketing.
  • Familiarity with cross-functional team collaboration and stakeholder alignment.
