About the position

The Sr Marketing Communications Manager will lead the strategy and execution of event marketing campaigns for the Sleep & Respiratory Care (SRC) Business at Philips. This role involves developing global marketing strategies for both physical and virtual events, managing a comprehensive content calendar, and ensuring alignment across multi-functional teams. The position requires a deep understanding of market trends and the ability to create customer-focused marketing strategies that support business objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Drive the strategy and execution of event marketing campaigns for the SRC Business.
  • Develop global marketing strategies for event campaigns to support key business priorities.
  • Lead the development of differentiated marketing campaigns and manage agency/vendor partners.
  • Build and maintain a comprehensive Global Marketing content calendar.
  • Engage with international market teams to ensure strategies are globally relevant.
  • Prepare and align audience-based customer marketing plans and present to Marketing leadership.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in marketing or adjacent fields such as Marketing Communications, Corporate Marketing, or Event Marketing, preferably in a regulated industry like healthcare/med-tech.
  • Ability to create and execute customer-focused strategic integrated marketing strategies.
  • Experience building integrated marketing strategies across channels including digital and social media, CRM, SEO, and SEA.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required; MBA desired.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in managing marketing components of in-person and online events.
  • Comfortable working in cross-functional teams and driving alignment across stakeholders.
