About the position

The Sr. Marketing Manager, Brand Building and Marketing is responsible for defining and implementing the end-to-end brand building strategy at the category level. This role focuses on helping Brand Owners create scalable solutions that enhance brand visibility and customer experience within the Amazon Store. The ideal candidate will leverage strong analytical skills and business acumen to identify opportunities and drive strategic initiatives across various teams.

Responsibilities

  • Define and implement the brand building strategy at the category level.
  • Identify, develop, manage, and execute analyses to uncover new business opportunities.
  • Present data-driven business strategies and lead reviews with senior leadership.
  • Launch and optimize brand customer experience by collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Maximize impact and efficiency in brand growth areas through data-driven insights.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience.
  • Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements.
  • Proficiency in Excel or Tableau for data manipulation, macros, charts, and pivot tables.
  • Experience building, executing, and scaling cross-functional marketing programs.
  • Experience leading go-to-market strategies for consumer software or hardware product launches.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience using SQL or other analytical tools for data analysis.
  • Experience with customer segmentation, profiling, and targeting.
