About the position

The Sr Marketing Manager - Customer Acquisition at Bullfrog Spas is responsible for leading a team focused on customer acquisition and demand generation. This role involves managing campaigns that enhance brand awareness, drive leads, and support retail channels. The ideal candidate will possess strong digital marketing skills and a comprehensive understanding of local advertising strategies, contributing to the company's mission of creating peaceful lives through innovative products and services.

Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of marketing professionals to acquire Bullfrog Spas brand customers across sales channels.
  • Manage campaigns to move customers through the buyer's journey using content marketing, digital ad campaigns, social media, and marketing automation.
  • Manage campaigns to drive traffic to brick-and-mortar retail locations.
  • Develop customer insights for targeting and messaging strategies.
  • Support channel (dealer & e-commerce) marketing initiatives.
  • Support critical dealer partners with digital marketing advice and assistance.
  • Support internal teams with a variety of all-hands-on-deck marketing functions.
  • Collaborate with creative professionals, product marketers, sales professionals, and external influencers on integrated marketing projects.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of marketing management and team leadership experience.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in advertising, content marketing, email marketing, paid search marketing, SEO, social media marketing, and digital analytics.
  • Proficiency with web publishing software (Wordpress).
  • Proficiency with marketing automation platforms (Hubspot).
  • A driven, self-motivated, disciplined, and organized leader.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and persuasively with internal stakeholders and partners.

Nice-to-haves

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or related field of study.
  • Basic HTML/CSS skills.
  • Experience with content marketing strategy and campaign execution.
  • Work experience in a brand or agency environment.
  • Strong writing ability and experience building audiences with written content.
  • Data and statistical analysis skills.
  • Visual creative experience (design, photography).
  • Experience working in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, After Effects, Lightroom).
