About the position

The Senior Marketing Manager for Growth and Acquisition will lead the development and execution of marketing strategies aimed at driving user acquisition and growth for a leading B2C personal financial technology company. This role is pivotal in optimizing online campaigns and managing a substantial acquisition budget while collaborating with various departments to enhance revenue through omni-channel marketing efforts. The position also involves mentoring new team members and fostering a data-driven culture within the marketing team.

Responsibilities

  • Design, execute and optimize online growth and acquisition campaign strategies across paid digital media and search.
  • Manage a multi-million dollar acquisition budget.
  • Collaborate with Product, Product Marketing, Engineering, and Sales leaders to drive revenue through omni-channel marketing campaigns.
  • Select, manage, and lead vendor and agency relationships.
  • Effectively communicate strategy, reporting, and analysis to stakeholders to rally support around growth and acquisition objectives.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in leading growth and user acquisition in a B2C technology company.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess campaign performance and optimize strategies accordingly.
  • Experience managing large marketing budgets and vendor relationships.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across various departments and communicate strategies persuasively.
