About the position

The Sr Marketing Manager for Health Care Providers (HCP) at Amazon Health Services (AHS) is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to promote the newly launched Health Conditions Program. This role focuses on connecting Amazon customers with healthcare products and services, particularly for chronic conditions, and aims to enhance customer engagement through effective onsite marketing on Amazon's platforms. The position requires collaboration with various teams to drive business goals and improve health outcomes for customers.

Responsibilities

• Own AHS Onsite Marketing Strategy and Execution to drive business goals
• Build the creative and experimentation strategy to launch and grow each 3P partner under the HCP program
• Build new mechanisms to simplify workflows
• Build onsite marketing calendars and forward-looking plans with internal business, product, and tech partners
• Develop, deliver, and measure marketing experiments and programs to drive AHS customer adoption and engagement
• Work closely with Creative and Design partners to experiment, document, and share learnings
• Represent AHS Performance Marketing in key business reviews with VPs and Directors
• Develop, report, and continually improve email channel performance metrics

Requirements

• 6+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
• Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
• Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts, and pivot tables)
• Experience building, executing, and scaling cross-functional marketing programs
• Experience leading go-to-market for consumer software or hardware product launches

Nice-to-haves

• Experience using SQL or other analytical tools for conducting data analysis
• Experience with customer segmentation, profiling, and targeting
