About the position

The Sr. Marketing Manager for New Seller Recruitment Brand Marketing at Amazon is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies aimed at increasing customer engagement for new strategic brands. This role involves managing marketing initiatives across various channels, focusing on customer segmentation, and analyzing results to inform future strategies. The position requires collaboration with multiple teams to ensure effective brand go-to-market launches and ongoing growth strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Develop marketing strategy end to end - from curation to design and execution - and drive innovations within existing processes.
  • Lead the development of fully integrated campaigns, collaborating with cross-functional partners including business, onsite, project management, paid media, creative, and PR.
  • Manage creative asset development & delivery.
  • Analyze results of testing, communicate learnings upward and across partner teams, and use the data to drive future tests.
  • Partner with technical and business teams to drive system improvements and automation within self-service seller solutions.
  • Own multiple team KPIs for campaign engagement, developing strategy to drive results over short and long-term.
  • Manage shared goals with partner teams to drive campaign creation and success at scale.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
  • Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
  • Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
  • Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs
  • Experience developing and executing campaigns across a multitude of timezones and languages
  • Experience communicating results to senior leadership
  • Experience with test and learn, marketing optimization, and experimentation

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience driving direction and alignment with large cross-functional teams and agency partners
  • Experience designing and executing joint marketing plans with strategic alliance partners with global footprint
