About the position

The Sr. Marketing Manager, Product Strategy is responsible for driving the company's product marketing strategy to support revenue targets across its product portfolio. This role involves managing the product roadmap and overseeing the development pipeline in close coordination with various cross-functional teams. The Sr. Manager will lead product strategy, focusing on new product launches, brand launches, market rollouts, pricing, promotions, and key account development.

Responsibilities

  • Develop national and market-specific product marketing plans in collaboration with various marketing and sales teams.
  • Leverage consumer insights and market trends to identify actionable insights for product portfolio growth.
  • Maintain strategic oversight of product marketing programs, including campaign tracking and results reporting.
  • Manage the product pipeline throughout the commercialization process, working with cross-functional teams.
  • Hold regular meetings with sales and production teams to review pipeline progress and resolve challenges.
  • Collaborate with the commercial team to develop and implement marketing and branding strategies for products.
  • Identify planning and resource needs, including managing an annual marketing budget and financial projections.
  • Participate in events, conventions, and tradeshows, preparing displays and providing post-event analysis.
  • Manage one direct report and potential additional team members.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or applicable field; MBA preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in Wholesale Marketing or Brand/Product marketing.
  • Experience in Fortune 500 or highly regulated industries is a plus.
  • Understanding of CPG pricing strategy and product portfolio management.
  • Superior time management and organizational skills.
  • Analytical mindset with critical thinking abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint for presentations.
  • Knowledge of communications and marketing ethics.
