The Sr. Marketing Manager (SEO) is responsible for enhancing the organic growth strategy for the B2B property, business.com, which includes Talent Solutions, Marketing Solutions, Sales Solutions, and Learning Solutions. This role involves defining key SEO growth opportunities, collaborating with various teams, and leading efforts to optimize the B2B organic search presence. The position requires a strategic thinker with enterprise-level SEO experience, capable of driving incremental organic traffic and developing a comprehensive content strategy.

Responsibilities

• Drive incremental organic SEO traffic to Talent Solutions website.
• Build and maintain a keyword content strategy matrix relative to competitors.
• Develop a collaborative SEO strategy with input from multiple stakeholders.
• Conduct keyword research and discovery.
• Work with SEO agencies on foundational recommendations.
• Optimize content via CMS.
• Identify new keywords and targetable markets.
• Analyze SEO and keyword data; develop growth projections using Adobe Analytics.
• Provide quarterly reports on SEO growth.

Requirements

• 5+ years of SEO experience with a focus on enterprise-level strategy.
• Bachelor's degree.
