About the position

The position involves creating and executing strategic marketing plans for JLL's technology and semi-conductor sectors, aimed at enhancing brand presence and generating marketing-driven revenue. The role requires collaboration with various teams to develop integrated marketing programs, manage budgets, and support key leaders in building their external brand. The successful candidate will act as a subject matter expert, monitor industry trends, and lead the creation of relevant content to support go-to-market activities.

Responsibilities

  • Create and execute a strategic marketing plan for the industry in collaboration with leadership.
  • Drive the strategy and development of integrated marketing programs to build brand and generate revenue.
  • Develop and execute messaging, positioning, and go-to-market strategies for solutions.
  • Support key leaders in building their external brand through social media strategies and events.
  • Manage vendor spend, invoice tracking, and payment in line with the marketing budget.
  • Monitor market and industry trends and act as a subject matter expert.
  • Partner with Centers of Excellence to execute marketing plans and strategies.
  • Lead the creation of industry content to support go-to-market activities.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to ensure leverage and adoption of industry campaigns.
  • Enhance and measure the effectiveness of the industry website presence.
  • Act as a point of escalation during campaign planning and execution.
  • Contribute to or build industry-specific buyer personas.
  • Collaborate with sales enablement and marketing operations on content activation plans.
  • Develop and distribute internal marketing materials to promote understanding of the industry strategy.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business or related field.
  • 7+ years of B2B marketing experience.
  • Proven experience working with multiple marketing and sales functions.
  • Proficient in CRM, marketing automation, web analytics, and business intelligence tools.
  • Customer and market-driven orientation with a record of supporting sales to meet pipeline and revenue targets.
  • Strong listening, information gathering, and skills for defining deliverables.
