About the position

The Sr. Marketing Manager will play a crucial role in managing the company's digital marketing communication channels as it expands into new markets, including Europe, Central and South America. This position focuses on enhancing brand awareness and reaching targeted audiences through various marketing strategies, including social media, content creation, and event support. Creativity and strong project management skills are essential for success in this role.

Responsibilities

  • Develop social content across all channels and monitor social sites for effectiveness.
  • Create and post blog content according to the marketing editorial schedule.
  • Perform an in-depth review of SEO tactics and provide analysis and recommendations.
  • Create and maintain collateral and sales tools, including presentations and videos.
  • Implement and maintain monthly E-Newsletters and email marketing campaigns.
  • Submit materials for advertisements and contribute creative assets as needed.
  • Schedule and input monthly online promotions and contests, collecting data for analysis.
  • Create and maintain standard operational procedures related to marketing.
  • Provide administrative and operational support for events, including vendor management and post-event follow-ups.
  • Monitor online activities of competing companies and run analytics for digital marketing channels.
  • Stay informed with current industry news and research upcoming trends.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or a minimum of 6 years of experience in a marketing role.
  • 2-3 years of hands-on experience in marketing, social media, and support roles.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing platforms, including e-communications and social channels.
  • Proficiency in CMS/CRM/database management.
  • Experience with file-sharing platforms like WeTransfer and FTPs.
  • Functional skills in Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator and Photoshop.
  • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, WordPress, Adobe Creative Cloud, and Google Analytics.
  • Expertise in social media marketing across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, TikTok, and Twitter.
  • Strong copywriting and content editing skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
