About the position

The Senior Marketing Operations Manager at Veeqo, a subsidiary of Amazon, is responsible for optimizing marketing processes and data workflows to enhance campaign execution and operational efficiency. This role involves managing relationships with MarTech partners, developing marketing calendars, overseeing budgets, and ensuring effective utilization of marketing tools. The position requires a data-driven leader who can streamline operations and drive integrated marketing initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Manage relationships with external MarTech partners and vendors, serving as the primary point of contact for marketing technology-related inquiries.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive, cross-channel marketing calendar aligned with Veeqo's marketing strategy.
  • Ensure seamless integration and coordination of campaigns across various marketing initiatives.
  • Monitor and track marketing budgets, oversee invoice processing, and provide budget forecasting and recommendations.
  • Prepare detailed business review documents analyzing campaign performance and providing data-driven recommendations.
  • Evaluate and recommend new marketing technologies to enhance operational efficiency and collaborate with IT for implementation.
  • Develop training materials and provide ongoing support for marketing tools utilization.
  • Partner with Sales Operations and Business Analytics to ensure high standards for marketing attribution and pipeline health.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of program or project management experience.
  • Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements.
  • Experience owning program strategy and communicating results to senior leadership.
  • Experience implementing repeatable processes and driving automation or standardization.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams.
  • Experience defining program requirements and using data to determine improvements.

Nice-to-haves

  • 5+ years of experience in a marketing operations or cross-channel marketing role, preferably in a B2B or e-commerce environment.
  • Strong technical understanding of marketing technology and hands-on experience in onboarding new tools.
  • Strong project management and coordination skills, with expertise in Asana, JIRA, or similar tools.
  • Experience managing budget and payment operations for a marketing organization.
  • Proficient in marketing automation, CRM, and analytics tools like Marketo, Adobe Target, Salesforce.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Understanding of e-commerce and retail operations, including inventory management.
