About the position

The Sr Marketing Program Manager is responsible for managing marketing programs, promotions, and projects that effectively promote the organization's products and services. This role involves developing promotional programs, ensuring compliance with regulations, and maintaining business relationships. The manager oversees the production of marketing materials and corporate communications, ensuring alignment with departmental goals and compliance standards.

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day execution of marketing campaigns following approved processes.
  • Work closely with product managers to determine marketing strategies and objectives.
  • Develop marketing collateral, promotions, and programs based on departmental needs.
  • Collaborate with writers and designers to create effective marketing materials.
  • Establish and administer content for the employee intranet and blog.
  • Develop back-end processes to support marketing programs and ensure efficiency.
  • Utilize desktop publishing software to update marketing materials.
  • Manage monthly statement insert and message programs.
  • Oversee the branch video system and communicate marketing promotions to staff.
  • Stay informed of new trends in marketing and credit union products.

Requirements

  • Proven ability in marketing program management.
  • Understanding of marketing concepts and practices.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to work across departments and provide high service levels.
  • Critical and strategic thinking skills with relationship-building capabilities.
  • High knowledge of pre-printing, printing, mailing, and digital marketing.
  • Design and copywriting/editing skills are essential.
  • Experience with desktop publishing and illustration software is preferred.
  • Deadline-oriented with excellent communication skills.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in the Financial Services Industry.
  • Familiarity with HTML, JavaScript, and CSS.
  • Experience with blogging applications like WordPress.
