About the position
The Sr. Marketing Programs Manager will oversee strategic marketing initiatives and global execution strategies within the Global Customer, Industry, and Partner Marketing (GCIPM) organization at Amazon. This role focuses on enhancing marketing measurement capabilities through the development and management of a comprehensive strategic initiative plan, fostering cross-functional collaboration, and optimizing performance metrics to achieve operational goals.
Responsibilities
- Develop and own the global GCIPM marketing management strategic initiative plan
- Drive cross functional collaboration to develop execution plans
- Stand up and/or optimize mechanisms for gathering requirements for marketing measurement products
- Disseminate key updates and marketing measurement technology launches to stakeholders
- Work closely with area marketing teams to drive adoption of global strategic initiatives
- Monitor, analyze and optimize mechanisms based on region behavior and needs
Requirements
- 6+ years' relevant experience in a business-to-business (B2B) marketing operations function
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Proven analytical skills with experience in data visualization tools
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel
- Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs
Nice-to-haves
- Experience with Salesforce, Tableau and/or Marketo
- Attention to detail and excellent organization skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects
