About the position

The Sr. Marketing Strategist at BJC HealthCare is responsible for leading the marketing strategy for the orthopedic service line. This role requires strong project management skills and experience in creating marketing acquisition campaigns, with a focus on both traditional and digital marketing. The strategist will collaborate with clinical leads and healthcare providers, ensuring effective communication and marketing efforts within the organization. This position offers a hybrid work environment, requiring on-site presence 1-2 days per week as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Provide guidance and strategic direction to senior team leaders and service line leadership.
  • Develop and implement marketing plans using e-marketing, collateral production, social media, and content development.
  • Oversee the production of consumer and physician marketing materials, including patient education and outreach.
  • Serve as a liaison with HSO and department leadership to ensure alignment in marketing efforts.
  • Analyze preference data and provide strategic oversight for clinical service line marketing plans.
  • Identify marketing infrastructure needs and analyze metrics to measure ROI.
  • Consult with satellite facilities to ensure strategic integration and develop partnerships.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
  • 10+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in healthcare.
