About the position
The Sr. Mechanical Engineer will play a crucial role in providing major design recommendations and decisions based on mechanical engineering expertise. This position involves mentoring junior staff and offers the flexibility to pursue either a technical or project management career path, depending on the individual's background and career goals.
Responsibilities
- Provide major design recommendations and decisions in mechanical engineering.
- Review correspondence from junior staff and mentor them as needed.
- Choose between a technical route or a project management route based on career trajectory.
Requirements
- At least 15 years of experience in project management and/or mechanical engineering.
- Professional Engineer License.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- Experience in healthcare.
