About the position

The Sr. Media Solutions Manager at My Code Media plays a crucial role in the Media Solutions Team, focusing on the pre-sale process by developing, positioning, and presenting innovative marketing and media solutions for advertising clients. This position requires a blend of creative and strategic thinking to craft compelling proposals that align with advertisers' objectives, particularly in reaching multicultural audiences. The role thrives in a fast-paced environment and involves collaboration with various internal teams to ensure successful project execution and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Manage and lead the RFP/RFI development process with internal teams at My Code.
• Craft proposals that communicate strategy, creative ideas, and My Code's capabilities to support client objectives.
• Collaborate with Sales Planning teams on recommended media strategies and tactics.
• Liaise with Account Management teams for smooth transitions from pre-sale to post-sales, including post-campaign reports and insights.
• Partner with internal teams to develop industry-specific solutions.

Requirements

• 5-7 years of relevant experience in ad sales marketing or integrated marketing.
• Solid understanding of the media landscape and content distribution across platforms.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with an eye for design and storytelling.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and manage projects independently.
• Proven track record of strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Keynote, Microsoft Suite, and Google Suite; familiarity with Salesforce, Asana, Comscore, and eMarketer.
• Deep understanding of the multicultural landscape.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience working on retail and/or auto verticals.
• Bi-lingual (Spanish and English) is a plus.
