About the position

The Sr. Media Solutions Manager will be a vital part of the Media Solutions Team at My Code Media, focusing on the pre-sale process to develop, position, and present innovative marketing and media solutions for advertising clients. This role requires a blend of creative and strategic thinking to craft compelling proposals that align with advertisers' objectives, particularly in reaching multicultural audiences. The position is designed for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys tackling diverse marketing challenges.

Responsibilities

• Manage and lead the RFP/RFI development process with internal teams at My Code.
• Craft proposals that communicate strategy, creative ideas, value proposition, and My Code's capabilities.
• Collaborate with Sales Planning teams on recommended media strategies and tactics.
• Liaise with Account Management teams to ensure smooth transition from pre-sale to post-sales.
• Partner with internal teams to develop industry-specific solutions as needed.

Requirements

• 5-7 years of relevant experience in ad sales marketing or integrated marketing.
• Solid understanding of the media landscape and content distribution across platforms.
• Excellent verbal & written communication skills, with an eye for design and storytelling.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
• Proven track record of strategic capabilities and decision-making skills.
• Proficient in Keynote, Microsoft Suite, and Google Suite.
• Familiarity with Salesforce, Asana, Comscore, and eMarketer.
• Deep understanding of the multicultural landscape.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience working on retail and/or auto verticals.
• Bi-lingual (Spanish and English) is a plus.
