About the position

The Sr. Manager, Content Marketing at Post Consumer Brands will lead social media, public relations, partnerships, and the branded website for both pet and grocery categories. This role focuses on maximizing the organic output of consumer-facing channels and managing a team of internal and external experts. The position requires a strategic mindset to influence cross-functional stakeholders and develop effective marketing strategies that align with brand insights and sales priorities.

Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of internal and external experts in social media, PR, and website management.
  • Influence and educate cross-functional stakeholders on earned investment strategies.
  • Develop organic social, PR, and branded website activations across all brands.
  • Set measurement goals for owned channels and create a reporting structure for regular internal share outs.
  • Translate data into actionable insights, identifying opportunities and risks.
  • Lead the process for creative optimizations and testing strategies, including A/B testing.

Requirements

  • BA required, preferably in Marketing, Communications, or Journalism.
  • 5-7 years of experience in marketing, content marketing, social media, and/or PR.
  • 3-4 years of experience leading teams, with experience leading people leaders being a plus.
  • Digital experience on agency or client side is required.
  • Excellent written, communication, and presentation skills.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in multiple owned channels including website, PR, partnerships, and social media.
  • Strong public speaking skills to influence cross-functional teams.
