About the position

The Sr Manager - Digital at CVS Health is responsible for leading cross-functional teams to deliver large and complex programs, including software, hardware, infrastructure, cloud migration, and enterprise CRM implementation. This role involves managing program and portfolio risks, ensuring roadmap delivery, and collaborating with CVS/Aetna leaders to re-engineer processes. The Sr Manager will also oversee a portfolio budget exceeding $100 million and present to executive leadership, driving innovation and utilizing cutting-edge AI technology.

Responsibilities

  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver large complex programs including software, hardware, and cloud migration.
  • Manage program and portfolio risks, ensuring roadmap delivery and sprint planning.
  • Collaborate with CVS/Aetna leaders to re-engineer end-to-end processes.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, translating complex risk landscapes into actionable insights.
  • Manage a portfolio budget exceeding $100 million, including annual planning and resource capacity.
  • Orchestrate migration of complex applications while ensuring adherence to healthcare mandates.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of portfolio/program management experience in high-impact merger & acquisition in healthcare and pharmaceutical sectors.
  • 7+ years of experience executing complex projects including software applications, SaaS, and infrastructure in a PMO setup.
  • 7+ years of experience leading cross-functional teams and mentoring project managers.
  • 8+ years of experience working in a PMO environment on complex projects.

Nice-to-haves

  • 3+ years' experience with Agile or Scrum frameworks.
  • CSM Certificate.
  • Advanced/master's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Knowledge of financial industry, IT systems, networks, and applications.
  • Experience presenting delivery roadmaps to C-suite and executive leadership.
  • Experience with compliance and regulatory mandate projects involving PHI, PII, SOX, PCI.
