The Senior Global Supply Chain Manager for Inventory and Automotive plants is part of the Global Supply Chain organization for TE Sensors. Reporting to the Director of Global Supply Chain, the Senior Manager will be responsible for establishing, leading, and improving global inventory processes and systems in addition to partnering with plants within the Automotive business unit to improve delivery, backlog performance, and customer satisfaction. The incumbent will be responsible for owning and improving all aspects of Sensors global inventory processes and multi-year strategy to positively impact customer delivery and minimize investment cost. The Senior Manager will partner with critical stakeholders across Sensors to establish inventory plans, standards, and procedures that support Supply Chain goals, meet our business budgets, and optimize operational results. The incumbent will also be responsible for developing, analyzing, and reporting on global KPI's to ensure Sensors is meeting its inventory targets and driving effective cross-functional corrective actions and accountability when performance deviates from expectations. In the Automotive Supply Chain, the incumbent will be responsible for developing and implementing projects and initiatives across all automotive sites that build sensors to maximize on-time delivery to our customers while minimizing overall inventory and investment cost in our distribution network. As a planning expert, the Senior Manager will partner with site and DC planning staff as well as corporate Supply Chain to develop and improve processes and analytics that optimize plant scheduling and order fulfillment. The Senior Global Supply Chain Manager will partner with Sales, Customer Service, and Product Management to fully understand customer and market requirements and develop system-driven stocking and planning strategies across Automotive sites and DC's that meet or exceed those market requirements.
