About the position

The Senior Manager, Global Services Logistics at F5 is responsible for managing key aspects of RMA order delivery, depot stocking, asset retrieval, and logistics programs. This role focuses on providing timely hardware replacements for customers while ensuring efficient operations and high service quality. The position requires strong leadership skills to manage a multi-member team across various global locations and to handle escalations from customers and partners. The Senior Manager will also collaborate with other teams to drive strategic projects and maintain high customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Manage the global distribution systems for timely delivery of replacement appliances and FRUs to customers.
• Develop a worldwide depot footprint and stocking levels for cost-effective service and quality replacements.
• Provide direction and management for various GSL team members including ESS, RMAC, Trade Compliance, and others.
• Plan and implement strategic policies and initiatives for process and infrastructure improvement.
• Coordinate customer interactions and direct issues to resolution to ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Manage relationships with 3PLP providing product logistics and SaaS.
• Uphold F5's Business Code of Ethics and report any violations promptly.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 - 10 years of experience in Operations, Repair, Reverse and/or Logistical Services.
• Prefer 3 - 5 years of experience in managing the Services or Reverse Logistics function.
• B.S. degree or appropriate degree with experience in Management, Service Logistics, Repair or Engineering.
• Proven track record in managing and developing employees.
• High level of knowledge of logistics standards, processes, and customer service.

Nice-to-haves

• Knowledge of repair, test, and manufacturing processes.
• Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, and other Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience with Oracle Applications, Service Cloud CRM, and SFDC Service Cloud.
