About the position

The Senior Manager, Network Management at CVS Health is responsible for ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations impacting the pharmacy network division. This role involves collaborating with key functional leaders to implement regulatory requirements into business processes, driving system enhancements, and addressing escalated issues with clients. The position requires a deep understanding of regulations and their implications on member and pharmacy networks, while also focusing on process improvements and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a subject matter expert for guidance and regulations in the pharmacy network division.
• Drive implementation and process improvement to ensure compliance with regulations.
• Collaborate with key functional leaders to integrate regulatory requirements into business processes.
• Identify and escalate business risks to Senior Pharmacy Network Leadership.
• Understand and manage local, state, and federal regulations and related processes.
• Make key decisions to address escalated issues with clients.

Requirements

• 7+ years of professional work experience in the health care industry.
• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business, Actuarial Science, or Mathematics.
