About the position

As a Senior Mission Systems Operator (MSO)/Airborne Mission Commander (AMC), you will play a crucial role in supporting overseas operational missions by utilizing your expertise in Operational Risk Management (ORM) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) principles. This position involves operating airborne sensor equipment, including SIGINT, ELINT, COMINT, and RADAR technologies, to monitor and track various objects of interest. You will be responsible for pre-flight, in-flight, and post-flight duties, contributing to the Mission Solutions and Technologies (MST) business area, which provides integrated ISR and security solutions worldwide.

Responsibilities

• Operate airborne sensor equipment including SIGINT, ELINT, COMINT, and RADAR technologies.
• Perform pre-flight, in-flight, and post-flight duties related to mission operations.
• Utilize ORM and CRM principles to support operational missions.
• Acquire, track, and monitor airborne, ground, and maritime objects of interest.
• Develop training programs, operational manuals, and materials for MSOs.
• Evaluate and provide feedback on the performance of MSOs.
• Build work shifts and rotations for sensor operators to meet operational demands.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field of study and typically 10 or more years of relevant experience.
• Advanced experience with CRM and Airmanship.
• 1000 hours of flight time knowledge of SIGINT, ELINT, COMINT, and/or RADAR.
• Experience with practical applications and operations of RADAR Theory (LRR/MTI/GMTI/SAR).
• Advanced knowledge of Link-16, SATCOM(BLOS), and Small Secure Datalink (SSDL) radio functionality.
• Experience operating and maintaining Radar Warning Receiver (RWR) systems.
• Experience with Tracking and Mapping software (TRAX, Cerberus, Orion, Torch, Sceptre).
• Current Active Top-Secret U.S. Security Clearance with SCI and POLY eligibility.

Nice-to-haves

• Maritime experience
• Background in the Aerospace and Defense Industry, the US Department of Defense or US Military
• Experience with Windows 10 Falcon View or Force Map technology
• Prior experience as a CRM/ORM Instructor
• SERE 150 training may be required.
