About the position

As a Senior Machine Learning Engineer at Gable.ai, you will be responsible for leading end-to-end machine learning projects, focusing on designing, developing, and deploying high-performance ML models to address complex problems. Your role will involve curating large-scale datasets, selecting appropriate technologies, and ensuring the robustness and scalability of ML solutions from ideation to deployment.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end machine learning projects.
• Design, develop, and deploy high-performance ML models.
• Define use cases and curate large-scale datasets.
• Select appropriate tools and technologies for ML projects.
• Build and validate production-grade models, optimizing for cost, performance, and latency.
• Conduct thorough analysis of data to identify patterns, trends, and anomalies.
• Develop and implement machine learning models and algorithms for ML & AI deployments.
• Integrate LLM focused on producing human-readable interpretations of analysis results.
• Build traditional ML models to power core product features.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a ML engineer or Data Scientist, ideally in a startup environment.
• Experience building algorithms from scratch with an entrepreneurial mindset.
• Proven experience in deploying machine learning models in search ranking or recommendation systems.
• Familiarity with machine learning frameworks and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-Learn).
• Proficiency in data preprocessing and feature engineering with large datasets.
• Knowledge of information retrieval, natural language processing, and ranking algorithms.
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with growth, engineering, product, and executive teams.
• Experience with MLOps best practices emphasizing continuous development and deployment.
• Strong programming skills in Python and SQL.
