About the position

The Sr. Mobile Automation Test Engineer is responsible for designing, developing, executing, and analyzing automation test scripts and results, ensuring that software products meet defined quality standards. This role requires extensive experience in automation testing, particularly with UI automation using Selenium and API automation, along with familiarity with mobile automation tools like Perfecto. The engineer will also be involved in product design to ensure test coverage aligns with end-user requirements and will manage the automation effort's schedule and prioritization.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, execute, and analyze automation test scripts and test results.
• Conduct activities to ensure application/system products meet defined quality standards.
• Record test results and report software bug fixes to meet automation criteria.
• Involve in product design to ensure adherence to test coverage for end-user requirements.
• Take responsibility for the automation effort, including scheduling and prioritization.
• Estimate testing accurately and coordinate with team members for work activities.
• Create accurate status reports based on work in progress and automation execution results.
• Communicate effectively to translate issues and questions clearly.
• Follow up with resources to resolve blockers independently.

Requirements

• Over 10 years of experience in Automation/SDET/Software Testing.
• Hands-on expertise in UI automation using Selenium (Java, Selenium).
• Experience in API Automation.
• Familiarity with Perfecto mobile automation.
