About the position

The Senior Office Administrator is responsible for the smooth operations of Administration & Facilities. This role requires excellent knowledge, competence, and experience in managing all Administration & Facilities responsibilities including Housekeeping, E&M Equipment, Fire & Safety systems, Cafeteria, Security, Courier, Stationary, Pantry, Event Management, coordination with Landlord and Vendor management, billing & payments, asset management, maintenance management, and purchases. The position involves building relationships with employees and stakeholders to foster partnership, cooperation, and trust. The Senior Office Administrator will serve as the point of contact for internal and/or external guests while providing excellent customer service. A sense of ownership is required, and the candidate should be a self-starter, initiator, and team player capable of independently managing responsibilities and programs. Additionally, the role includes coordinating interviews, guest arrivals, and new hires/contractors.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for smooth operations of Administration & Facilities.
  • Manage all Administration & Facilities responsibilities including Housekeeping, E&M Equipment, Fire & Safety systems, Cafeteria, Security, Courier, Stationary, Pantry, Event Management, coordination with Landlord and Vendor management, billing & payments, asset management, maintenance management, and purchases.
  • Build relationships with employees and stakeholders to foster partnership, cooperation, and trust.
  • Serve as the point of contact for internal and/or external guests while providing excellent customer service.
  • Coordinate interviews, guest arrivals, and new hires/contractors.

Requirements

  • Graduate in any discipline.
  • 3 to 5 years' experience in handling Administration & Facilities operations in a reputed IT Organization.
  • Sound knowledge of MS Office.
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
  • Process oriented with excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrates full accountability and ownership of actions and performance.
  • Responds quickly and takes immediate action when confronted with a problem or situation.
  • Sets standards for excellence and establishes criteria/work procedures to achieve high quality, productivity, or service.
  • Ensures high quality by dedicating required time and energy to assignments or tasks.
  • Ability to give attention to details and accuracy.
  • Experience in Data Management and MIS reporting.
  • Vendor Management experience.
