About the position

The Sr. Operational Change Manager will support Cyber Security operational processes by effectively communicating and coordinating changes within the organization. This role requires extensive collaboration with the Senior Project Manager and participation in government project meetings to ensure that changes are managed with minimal disruption to mission-critical functions. The position focuses on creating and operating an effective change management process, presenting change-related information to diverse audiences, and driving continuous improvement in change management practices.

Responsibilities

• Support IOD in effectively communicating and coordinating changes.
• Collaborate extensively with the Senior Project Manager and participate in government project meetings.
• Create and operate an effective change management process to ensure changes are known and issues are traceable.
• Plan and orchestrate changes to minimize impact on mission-critical functions.
• Present change-related information clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Drive continuous improvement in change management practices.

Requirements

• 5+ years demonstrated experience in operational change management.
• Strong organizational and communication skills to liaise with various stakeholders.
• Ability to facilitate change management activities and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
• Excellent organizational skills to collaborate with stakeholders.
