About the position

The Senior Operations Analyst role is a 6-month contract position focused on enhancing and streamlining operational processes, particularly in the Source-to-Pay (S2P) area. The analyst will provide strategic insights, support complex business operations, and act as a subject matter expert for operational technologies. This position requires strong analytical skills and project management capabilities to drive process improvements and deliver effective solutions.

Requirements

• Strong analytical and strategic problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in presentation tools and process documentation software.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Comprehensive knowledge of Source-to-Pay (S2P) processes.
• Experience analyzing data to extract actionable insights.
• Familiarity with strategic sourcing, risk management, and contract management.
• Skilled in developing and updating operational procedures and end-user documentation.

Benefits
