Responsibilities

• Coordinate complex operational tasks to support organizational objectives.
• Monitor operational performance and prepare reports for senior management.
• Develop operational strategies and plans to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• Liaise with department heads to ensure cohesive business operations.
• Implement and maintain quality control measures to ensure installations and repairs meet standards.
• Ensure clear and consistent communication within the team and with project stakeholders.

Requirements

• 5+ years of proven experience in an operations role with supervisory responsibilities.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• U.S. Security Clearance required; must be a U.S. Citizen.
• Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) U.S. Security Clearance with a Polygraph required to start.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Attention to detail to ensure high-quality service delivery and compliance with safety standards.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing conditions, technologies, and requirements.
• Strong decision-making skills to resolve issues quickly and effectively under pressure.
