About the position

The Senior Operations Coordinator - Used Car at Lucid Motors is responsible for overseeing the entire lifecycle of used vehicle inventory, ensuring seamless organization, coordination, and execution of operations related to used cars. This role involves collaborating with various departments, managing vendor relationships, and optimizing processes to enhance operational efficiency and achieve key performance metrics.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the entire lifecycle of used vehicle inventory, from acquisition to successful transportation and preparation for listing.
• Identify issues and constraints, analyze root causes, and collaborate with various departments to develop and implement effective solutions.
• Work closely with local sales, service, and delivery teams to optimize cross-functional processes.
• Coordinate with third party vendors, engaging and managing relationships.
• Develop and optimize processes for all specialized used car operational areas.
• Monitor and achieve targets for key operations metrics (KPIs), such as refurbishment time, delivery time, and listing readiness.
• Efficiently manage and resolve escalations developing robust processes.
• Assist in developing business cases for initiatives aimed at advancing the Used Car business.
• Support and/or lead Inventory related special projects.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years' experience in complex operational environments.
• Mandatory automotive industry experience.
• Working with used vehicles/inventory is preferred.
• Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Advanced user skills in Salesforce a plus.
• Financial acumen, being able to identify profit/performance drivers in the used vehicle space and quantify monetary impacts.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proven record of accomplishment of execution.
• Exceptional systems management skills.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain cooperative cross-functional partnerships.
• Valid US Driver license.
