About the position

The Sr. Operations Coordinator at KBR is responsible for coordinating complex operational tasks to support organizational objectives, monitoring operational performance, and developing strategies to improve efficiency. This role requires strong leadership and organizational skills, as well as the ability to communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders. The position is based in San Antonio, TX and requires a Top Secret security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate complex operational tasks to support organizational objectives.
• Monitor operational performance and prepare reports for senior management.
• Develop operational strategies and plans to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• Liaise with department heads to ensure cohesive business operations.
• Maintain Quality Control: Implement and maintain quality control measures to ensure that all installations and repairs meet or exceed the set standards.
• Facilitate Team Communication: Ensure clear and consistent communication within the team and with other project stakeholders to keep everyone informed and aligned on project goals and updates.
• Other duties as required.

Requirements

• 5+ years of proven experience in an operations role with supervisory responsibilities.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• This position requires a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship.
• A Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) U.S. Security Clearance with a Polygraph is required to start.
• High School Diploma or GED: Required as a basic educational foundation.
• Attention to Detail: Precision and attention to detail to ensure high-quality service delivery and compliance with safety standards.
• Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to changing conditions, technologies, and requirements.
• Decision-Making Ability: Strong decision-making skills to resolve issues quickly and effectively under pressure.
