About the position
The Sr. Oracle HCM Cloud Consultant will lead consulting delivery for Oracle HCM Cloud, focusing on project management, business process analysis, and configuration of requirements. This role involves managing multiple projects, providing support for sales opportunities, and enhancing consulting service delivery tools. The consultant will work remotely and must have a home office setup.
Responsibilities
- Conduct business process analysis and document decisions.
- Configure requirements for Oracle HCM Cloud.
- Create recommendations and solutions for configuration and design.
- Deliver project management, managing project scope, timeline, and budgets.
- Lead testing, write test scripts, and stage testing data.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Support sales opportunities with a focus on Oracle HCM Cloud.
- Provide product demos for the services sales team.
- Support development of sales services package offerings.
- Enhance consulting service delivery tools and methodologies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent required.
- 5+ years of experience with Oracle HCM Cloud implementation required.
- Proven project delivery through full project lifecycle for Talent Management.
- 3+ years of experience in Oracle HCM Core HR, Benefits, Compensation, Absence Management, Time & Labor (OTL), and/or Payroll is a plus.
- 5+ years of cloud technology implementation and project management experience required.
- 2+ years of Oracle HCM Cloud product demo support is a plus.
- 2+ years of Oracle HCM Cloud sales scoping support is a plus.
- Experience in eBS or PeopleSoft is a plus.
- Strong understanding of business processes within HR at all levels.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience in eBS or PeopleSoft.
- 2+ years of Oracle HCM Cloud product demo support.
- 2+ years of Oracle HCM Cloud sales scoping support.
