About the position

The Sr. Organizational Change Manager/Process Analyst is responsible for analyzing, defining, and developing the organization's business process methods and practices. This role involves assessing internal business process requirements to ensure alignment with strategic goals, implementing new processes, evaluating existing ones, and recommending improvements. The consultant will collaborate with business process owners and management on strategic initiatives, utilizing quantitative analysis to perform data and process measurement analysis, and may also train key users on new processes.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and define business process methods and practices.
• Assess requirements for internal business processes.
• Implement new processes and evaluate existing ones.
• Recommend optimal solutions and improvements.
• Partner with business process owners and management on strategic initiatives.
• Use quantitative analysis methodology for data and process measurement analysis.
• Research industry trends for process improvement techniques and best practices.
• Train key users on new processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalency and at least 7 years of experience in the field or related area.
• Potential ability to perform essential functions of the job as outlined in the position description.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with process mapping and strategic planning.
• Project and/or product management experience.
• Lean 6 Sigma certification.
• Scrum Master certification.
• Prosci Organizational Change Management certification.
