About the position

The Sr Organizational Change Manager will lead and support change initiatives within the client's transformation office, focusing on implementing a new system across various locations. This role requires strong interpersonal skills and the ability to influence significant change while engaging with diverse stakeholders, including line workers, drivers, and senior-level executives.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support change initiatives related to the transformation office.

Requirements

• 10 years of experience with Organizational Change Management (OCM) in a large, decentralized field operations environment.
• Experience working with diverse stakeholder groups, including senior leadership and end users.
• Prosci/ACMP Certification.
• Experience in a driver base, unionized workforce, or trucking/logistics background.
