About the position

The Sr Analyst, Paid Digital is responsible for coordinating, implementing, and managing both digital and non-digital Paid Media Marketing strategies for the Hertz portfolio of brands. This role focuses on driving traffic to websites through effective search engine marketing and pay-per-click campaigns, aiming to achieve yearly goals. The Analyst collaborates with a larger Paid Digital team to innovate optimizations and demand generation tactics, enhancing overall brand visibility and customer acquisition.

Responsibilities

  • Support business objectives for each brand through appropriate media mix and tactics.
  • Manage partner and publisher relations, improving keyword generation and bid optimization.
  • Develop and maintain strategy documents, budgets, and project plans for brand advertising and campaigns.
  • Utilize bidding strategies and effective keyword management to meet target acquisition goals.
  • Drive key performance metrics in new customer media acquisition and retention.
  • Lead reporting meetings for Senior Management, communicating key metrics and optimization opportunities.
  • Analyze key metrics and program tracking to increase brand awareness and customer consideration.
  • Test and analyze new media partners and placements to enhance ROI.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to define media attribution models and optimization strategies.
  • Coordinate with finance for paid advertising budgets and new opportunities.

Requirements

  • 3 years' experience in Digital Media Marketing
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, advertising or related field
  • Moderate to expert proficiency in digital platforms and software (Google Adwords, Google Analytics (GA4), Bing, Kenshoo, Meta, Microsoft, Doubleclick, Salesforce)
  • Experience in defining, implementing, and optimizing paid digital campaign strategies
  • High proficiency in Paid Digital KPIs, analytics, testing, and media optimization
  • Experience working with large media agency teams with significant marketing spend
  • Strong analytical ability to assess media performance and build recommendations
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders across multiple functions
  • Strong organization, time management, and prioritization skills
