About the position

As a Sr. Paid Social Manager at BambooHR, you will play a crucial role in the Digital Marketing Team, focusing on managing and optimizing paid social campaigns across various platforms. This position requires a blend of creative and analytical skills to drive successful marketing strategies that enhance customer acquisition and meet revenue goals. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, analyze performance metrics, and implement testing to continually improve campaign effectiveness.

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day activities across LinkedIn Ads, and assist with Facebook/Instagram Ads, YouTube Ads, MSAN, Pandora and more.
  • Optimize, maintain, and scale paid acquisition campaigns while maintaining efficiency metrics.
  • Create, prioritize, and implement testing across campaigns to continually improve account performance.
  • Analyze performance metrics across multiple systems and build actionable insights to grow lead and MQL volume and meet revenue goals.
  • Collaborate with the marketing operations team and data analysts to improve tracking, reporting, and marketing processes.
  • Work closely with cross-functional marketing teams to build cohesive campaigns across groups.
  • Communicate ideas, tests, results, and KPIs to the demand generation team and management.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience managing and scaling successful B2B Paid Social campaigns (specifically on LinkedIn, Facebook/Instagram, and YouTube).
  • Proficient in managing ad spends effectively.
  • Track record of successfully growing paid social campaigns while maintaining ROI.
  • Advanced skills in Excel for creating and manipulating reports.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to prioritize tasks based on potential yield and impact.
  • Effective collaborator and communicator, both verbally and in writing.
  • Creative problem solver with innovative thinking capabilities.
  • Experience with A/B testing and CRO collaboration.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with tools and software such as Tableau, Salesforce, Marketo, etc.
  • Relevant college degree or equivalent Paid Social experience.
  • Ability to challenge conventional scaling limits for Paid Social campaigns.
  • Staying updated on industry trends and continuous learning.
