About the position

Join a Great Place to Work! We're looking for a Paralegal to partner with attorneys on litigation, regulatory, compliance, and risk management issues. As a paralegal, you'll prepare and file pleadings with courts and regulatory agencies. You'll manage discovery requests and responses, as well as legal holds and e-discovery preservation and collection. In this role, you will also review contracts, easements, financing instruments, corporate records, case law, and statutory and regulatory developments affecting the company's interests, circulating appropriate materials to attorneys and other company employees. In this position, you'll utilize your associate's degree in a paralegal/legal assistant program or equivalent work experience and paralegal license in the state of Wisconsin to support discovery work, including the production of documents, answers to interrogatories, depositions, and preparation for cases in court litigation or before a regulatory agency. You will also organize and maintain pleadings files and indices, review and approve standard contracts and easements.
