Under the supervision of attorneys, you will perform a range of substantive case, matter, or entity-related duties. Your responsibilities will include preparing drafts of legal documents and correspondence for attorney review, compiling, analyzing, and summarizing information, and coordinating efforts between attorneys, clients, outside legal counsel, opposing legal counsel, other parties, and outside vendors. This position offers a hybrid work environment, allowing for regular in-office presence with some flexibility for work-from-home arrangements. Additionally, you will be responsible for reviewing, organizing, and maintaining document databases for case tracking and discovery, which will require your coordination and management of large document collections and productions. You will utilize legal software such as Relativity and litigation technology, including eDiscovery and data rooms, and will work on document reviews and prepare privilege logs. Your support will extend to patent litigation, patent appeals, and contested proceedings before the Patent Trial and Appeal Board (PTAB) and the U.S. International Trade Commission (ITC).
