About the position
The Sr. Partner Marketing Manager for AWS in Telecom is responsible for driving customer adoption of AWS's Cloud Services through the telecom partner community. This role involves developing a comprehensive understanding of the AWS partner ecosystem and executing a global partner marketing plan to support growth objectives with telecom operators and ISV partners. The manager will create marketing messaging, collateral, and demand generation programs to help partners acquire and retain customers, ultimately driving revenue growth for AWS services.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute best-in-class marketing plans and programs for partner solutions.
- Craft and refine messaging for the Telco industry through partners.
- Build detailed campaign project plans including goals, messaging, and success metrics.
- Collaborate with Telco Partner Business Development leaders to identify marketing initiatives.
- Develop event strategy and metrics for AWS participation in industry events.
- Act as a subject matter expert for strategic CSPs and advocate for their inclusion in AWS programs.
Requirements
- 6+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience.
- 7+ years of experience in developing and managing acquisition marketing or channel programs.
- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements.
- Experience building, executing, and scaling cross-functional marketing programs.
- Experience developing and executing campaigns across multiple time zones and languages.
